The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to spread the word about our exceptional services. This is an hourly full-time position, reporting to the general manager. Your focus will be creating and maintaining strategic relationships that drive the growth of our business and build a growing reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Daily Marketing Rounds: Manage the calendar, coordinate daily routes, and review with management.
- Communicate and Develop Relations: Interact with potential customers and lead sources by phone, establish relationships and rapport, lead calls and meetings, and report leads to dispatch or book calls.
- Increase Territory Revenue: Consistently achieve marketing goals, log visits, report distribution of marketing items, complete commission reports, and marketing performance reviews with management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 1+ Year Prior Work Experience: Required.
- Valid Driver's License: Required.
- Satisfactory Driving Record/Background Check: Required.
- Excellent Attitude: Required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business/Marketing Degree: A plus.
- Prior Marketing/Sales/Customer Service/Restoration Field Experience: A plus.
- Experience with Business Software Technologies: A plus.
- Excellent Organizational, Time-Management, Oral/Written Communication, and Interpersonal Skills: A plus.
Strong Plus
- 1-3 Years Direct Relatable Experience: Strong plus.
- Experience Developing a Marketing Territory, Generating Prospective Job Leads, with a Positive Performance Record: Strong plus.
- Leadership, Prior Supervisory, and Multilingual Skills: Strong plus.
Job Requirements
- Able/Willing to: Travel locally, walk and stand for long periods of time, including driving, sitting, plan and execute a marketing strategy in the field with limited supervision.
