Human Resources Specialist

Edge Sports Group is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees using iSolved software.
- Improve and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Five - seven years of related experience required.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- May need to travel from time to time to other facilities.
