- Financial Management: Assist the Director of Operations in the management of operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Experience: Experience in the vacation rental industry in an operations management or a similar role.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and proficient in Word and Excel.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Field Experience: Experience within the field preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
- Licensed Property Manager: Licensed Property Manager.
- Communication: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
- Physical Demands: Exert 10+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
- Vision: Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
- Environmental Conditions: Subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
