Role Summary: We are in search of a seasoned Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant to enhance our team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting exceptional talent while exploring innovative technology and AI solutions to streamline recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute effective recruitment plans to draw in qualified candidates for various roles, including therapists, administrative personnel, and clinical experts.
  • Process Innovation and Technology Integration: Leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance the efficiency and enjoyment of recruitment tasks for yourself and your team.
  • Advertising and Budget Management: Manage job advertising placements and associated budgets effectively.
  • Candidate Engagement: Employ diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct preliminary phone interviews and comprehensive assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with Developmental Pathways.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide insights on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs, focusing on both active and passive talent.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Advocate for Developmental Pathways as an employer of choice through various branding efforts, including social media outreach and community engagement.
  • Metrics Analysis: Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role. Experience in ABA healthcare/therapy is essential.
  • Core Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to attract and source top talent through various channels.
    • Strong interviewing and evaluation capabilities.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
