- Customer Service: Treat all students and faculty with dignity and respect, providing exceptional customer service.
- Information Assistance: Assist students and faculty in locating relevant materials to meet their informational needs.
- Collection Development: Collaborate with the Librarian to develop, evaluate, and maintain the library collection to meet the needs of students and faculty.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Financial Administration: Prepare library invoices for payment, working closely with the Librarian and Accounting Office.
- Textbook Coordination: Assist the Librarian and Textbook Coordinator in implementing and coordinating the textbook program and distribution.
- Process Improvement: Recommend changes and improvements in processes to enhance the Learning Resource Center's services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of research processes, library procedures, computer skills, current copyright law, Library of Congress classification system, and electronic databases.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technology: Strong technology skills.
