Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, managing, and coordinating of laboratory information system activities
- Support the execution and maintenance of laboratory information system functionality
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system-related issues
- Develop and manage testing plans for changes to the laboratory information system
- Monitor and troubleshoot laboratory information system ticket software
- Participate in the development of system policies and procedures
- Assist in the maintenance of laboratory change master and revenue/billing duties
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science and/or Information Technology
- 4 years of experience with laboratory information systems, information technology systems, or medical laboratory science
- Medical Laboratory Science Certification preferred
- Experience with Cerner, Sunquest, and EPIC applications preferred
