Job Title: Events & Campus Services Administrative Coordinator

Antioch University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events & Campus Services Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Events & Campus Services Administrative Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for the Antioch University New England (AUNE) campus, providing administrative support to the Director of Events & Campus Services and other department and academic administrators. This role will ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment for students, staff, faculty, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mail operations, process and record room requests, and communicate changes and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Provide seamless management of all mail operations, including processing and recording room requests, and communicating changes and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary intake person for facilities emergencies, notifying appropriate facilities team members and maintaining communications regarding facilities and operations.
  • Assist with distribution and maintenance of events bulletin boards in the community and reception areas.
  • Manage the operations of the community kitchen and lounge areas, reporting maintenance issues, creating signage, and maintaining inventory of community-supplied items.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Technical proficiency with a wide range of tools, including MS Office (Excel and Word) and web-based tools, including Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Superior organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on service orientation.
