Job Title: Customer Relations Coordinator

HCS is seeking a dynamic customer service professional to support the work of the agency at our Keene, NH office.

Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing quality oversight of customer service activities to the public and staff. They are responsible for greeting the public while handling a large volume of calls. Assists with other duties in support of daily activities of the agency including Human Resources as well as multiple direct service programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public and staff
  • Handle a high volume of calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with other duties in support of daily activities of the agency
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources and direct service programs
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and provide positive service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and access to an automobile during working hours that meet the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and auto liability insurance
What We Offer:

This is a fully benefited position which works Monday thru Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 pm, depending on the duration of the lunch break desired. HCS offers a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability, long term care, tuition reimbursement, and a retirement plan with a significant company match.
