Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Education Department at Antioch University New England. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating adjunct payrolls, tracking expenses, and processing student forms and faculty syllabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate adjunct payrolls and track special circumstances
  • Process expenses and provide financial data as needed
  • Track and process student forms and faculty syllabi
  • Coordinate Waldorf residencies and maintain office and communication with faculty
  • Provide departmental support and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements:
  • Three years of related experience and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and technical proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and Google tools
