Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our C-Suite Executives and administrative team at Monadnock Family Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

* Provide receptionist support to the administrative team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
* Offer administrative support to the C-Suite Executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
* Manage and distribute incoming mail, as well as record daily cash receipts
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* 2-year minimum college education or training in a relevant field
* A minimum of six years of related office work experience in a similar executive position
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in Raiser's Edge and/or database management a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
