Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Prestige Protective Coatings. As an Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, offering solutions to drive company revenue, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking sales orders via telephone and in-person from new and existing customers
  • Prospecting and contacting potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets by the deadline
  • Preparing and delivering quotations, negotiating prices with customers, and setting follow-up appointments to build critical bonds
  • Creating sales materials to present to new customers through cold calls

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required; we will provide training
  • Outgoing, service-oriented, energetic, and willing to receive and follow direction
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, providing pre- and post-sales service to generate repeat sales
  • Cold call/telemarketing for assigned accounts from our database
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
