Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global sales and technical support team, you will be responsible for representing our fiber business unit and driving sales growth in the USA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cloud, colocation, and telecom operators to influence customer strategic decisions and network deployments.
- Work closely with sales and R&D to implement and execute strategies to develop new business opportunities for advanced optical fiber systems.
- Coordinate with Prysmian's international sales teams to open business development interactions with strategic customers.
- Provide customer training and support, both remotely and on-site.
- Drive the successful launch of new products and provide guidance to optimize the current product portfolio and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in opto-electronics.
- Strong knowledge of optical networks, telecommunications, and data centers.
- Advanced business development, technical, and marketing skills.
