eXcell is seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint Specialist to join our team onsite in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the Sharepoint environment to facilitate seamless collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the Video Collaboration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation: Design, develop, implement, and maintain Sharepoint solutions, as well as provide user support and training.
  • Site Customization: Design, develop, and customize team Sharepoint site, libraries, lists, and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Security and Access: Implement and maintain Sharepoint permissions and access controls for client team.
  • User Experience: Create and configure web parts, forms, and templates to enhance user experience.
  • Business Intelligence: Proficient in Power BI and Power Apps to build front-end interfaces for the team to easily interface with data and metrics.
  • Document Management: Establish and maintain document management best practices within Sharepoint site.
  • Content Organization: Ensure proper version control, metadata tagging, and content organization.
  • Document Retention: Monitor and manage document retention policies and archiving processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to team members.
  • Sharepoint Governance: Enforce Sharepoint governance for team.
  • Audit and Integration: Regularly audit Sharepoint sites and content to maintain team-established governance and integrate Sharepoint with other business applications and systems as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

$54.70 per hour. eXcell offers a comprehensive benefit package, including health insurance, 401k, basic life and AD&D, supplemental insurance plans, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick leave, FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits, and employee discounts.

Requirements
