ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation of ServiceNow, focusing on the core modules of IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration, with experience in implementing and supporting ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules. They will also have a solid understanding of ITIL best practices and the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

The ServiceNow Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
  • Build and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications, leveraging APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.
  • Strong experience in implementing and supporting ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
