Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions for ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop technical solutions for ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules
* Develop and implement complex 3rd party tools integration with ServiceNow
* Experience with core ServiceNow applications and related modules, including REST APIs and integrations
* Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology and delivery
* Familiarity with scripting languages including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS

Desirable Skills:

* ServiceNow certifications
* Developer certification, CMDB & Implementation Specialist
* Keen understanding of ITIL framework and industry best practices with ITIL v3 or v4 certification
* Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing deliverables in changing landscape
* Managing the population of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) utilizing automated discovery and other data import methods
* Configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting ITOM Discovery configuration, credentials, ranges, schedules, and reconciliation processes
* Configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations/service graph connectors that perform secondary data import functions
* Configuration and administration of ServiceNow MID Servers
* Monitoring CMDB health and resolving conflicts between data sources
* Ability to interpret ITOM Discovery logs/data to diagnose issues
* Define new configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, data collection, and governance
* Create/modify list views, queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow with CMDB data
* Create/modify CMDB identification and reconciliation rules
* Broad ServiceNow knowledge and ability to perform configuration and administration in other areas/modules of the NOW platform is a plus
