Overview

At FirstHealth of the Carolinas, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

Responsibilities:

* Accommodate members and guests with special needs as they enter and leave the facility
* Provide service and information to members and guests regarding membership and fees
* Give prospective members a tour of the facility
* Register participants for various center programs, services, and classes
* Collect guest fees
* Process cash, check, and card transactions
* Schedule appointments

Requirements:

* High School graduate required
* CPR/AED certification required
* Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred
* Customer service background preferred

Work Environment:

* Varied shifts to include weekend rotation
