Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain lubricant dispensing and mixing machinery, ensuring compliance with production standards.
  • Utilize silicone heat-treating equipment, conducting necessary inspections and calibrations.
  • Manage purchase orders, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials for distribution.
  • Anticipate component requirements to effectively schedule lubricant preparation and heat-treating tasks in alignment with production goals.
  • Maintain precise documentation related to lubricant operations, heat-treating processes, purchase orders, and shipments.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials associated with the role.
  • Keep all dispensing, mixing, heat-treating, and storage equipment in optimal condition, while maintaining a clean laboratory environment.
  • Comprehend and adhere to laboratory specifications, material standards, and safety protocols relevant to the position.
  • Oversee the requisition, inspection, testing, storage, and inventory management of silicone lubricant materials and supplies.
  • Foster positive relationships with production teams and provide assistance as needed.
  • Conduct additional chemical and microbiological testing as directed by management.
  • Support the validation of various instruments, equipment, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of experience with hand and power tools, along with basic shop equipment.
  • Proficient in using measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and RPM gauges.
  • Experience with pneumatic systems, including air compressors, is preferred.
