Key Responsibilities:- Manage office vendor relationships and maintain a stocked office environment
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage office supply inventory, and perform various administrative tasks
- Assist the CFO with financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable duties
- Manage office travel, coordinate events, and maintain accurate records
- Create accurate invoices in a timely manner and manage automated invoice processes
- Effectively manage accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding invoices and performing client collection outreach
- Process employee expense reimbursements, manage payment inquiries from vendors, and maintain accurate records
- High School Diploma and general office experience
- Proven success in office administration, including managing budgets, expenses, and reconciliations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with Google Suite and QuickBooks
