Administrative Coordinator

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our staff, and ensuring that our administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing general office duties.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including data analysis, research, and report preparation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred.
- Experience: One to three years of experience providing clerical/administrative support or other applicable experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a sedentary role that involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally and must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
