The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to serve as an Apostolic Mission Coordinator. This unique role will involve coordinating a shared PSR program, forming and managing mission sites, and developing relationships with the civic community to provide discipleship opportunities for school kids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shared PSR program at St. Paul on Wednesday evenings, working closely with daytime secretaries to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement a strategy to form and manage mission sites, fostering relationships with the civic community to provide meaningful discipleship opportunities for school kids.
- Collaborate with the Archdiocese of St. Louis to identify and develop new mission sites, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the parish community to build a unique program that will become a pillar of the community and the school's curriculum.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, parents, and school administrators, to ensure the success of the mission sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, youth ministry, or non-profit management.
- Proven experience in program development, coordination, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
