Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Garden Center Merchandiser to join our team. As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and displaying a variety of outdoor plants
  • Creating and maintaining product displays
  • Watering all plant materials
  • Developing a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
  • Ensuring proper signage is in place
  • Maintaining a safe and clean display area
  • Removing and recording expired plant material
  • Interacting with store personnel and customers
  • Developing a positive working relationship with store management and associates
  • Completing reports for each store serviced
  • Documenting every visit using the Repsly app where available

**Requirements:**

  • Must have a smart phone
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
  • Work outdoors in all elements
  • Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
  • Understand and execute planograms
  • Use workplace mobile apps
  • Preferred experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Experience working at a garden center is a plus
