About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Development Director to join our team in Glens Falls, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
