  • Collaborate with senior administrative staff to address requests and inquiries from management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role or office support position.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and best practices.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including computers and printers.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management abilities and prioritization skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High School diploma; additional certification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is advantageous.
