Banking Executive Leader

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports.
Our Branch Managers are responsible for creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes. Successful Branch Managers lead a defined customer engagement process, coach specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience, and drive growth in the business while executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations.
In this role, you will:
- Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives
- Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. The position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
