Sales Operations Manager | Extreme Reach:


The Sales Operations Manager at Extreme Reach plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the Senior Vice President of Sales to surpass revenue targets through effective sales and customer engagement methodologies.

This position entails inspiring team members, presenting services to prospective clients, formulating sales initiatives, and nurturing client partnerships. The ideal candidate will remain informed about market dynamics, devise sales tactics, pinpoint new business opportunities, and drive organizational growth. Additional duties encompass offering strategic guidance for collaborations, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, and participating in industry gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and energize team members to maintain proactive communication with clients
  • Present services to both new and existing clientele
  • Develop sales initiatives for significant client accounts
  • Oversee business-to-business relationships and deliver exceptional customer support
  • Keep abreast of market trends
  • Formulate strategies to meet sales targets
  • Establish sales plans for efficient resource management
  • Identify and engage potential new clients
  • Expand the business and enhance the Sales – Service team as necessary
  • Conduct analysis and implement modifications based on client requirements
  • Contribute to strategies for new business collaborations
  • Provide strategic direction for both existing and new offerings
  • Ensure compliance with contracts for assigned clients
  • Attend industry events to cultivate strategic partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 4-7 years of B2B sales experience
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate sales and negotiation expertise
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
*In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000; the base salary offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
