  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on budgetary and strategic planning matters.
  • Manage financial resources, including budget recommendations for staffing and equipment needs.
  • Maintain inventory for the Utility Cut Program and prepare relevant operational reports.
  • Address complaints regarding code violations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed about laws and practices related to construction and maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
