Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinical SupervisorJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team at RHA Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical services, including program development and oversight
  • Coordinate clinical resources, including staff supervision and training
  • Provide direct clinical supervision, including face-to-face, conference call, and video conference
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, including medical record review and audit processes
  • Develop and monitor contract clinical staff schedules and show rates
  • Provide on-call and first responder consultation in the event of consumer crisis
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current MH license, required. Additional Substance Use license or eligibility preferred
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other degree allowing for a license in a Mental Health discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with persons with mental health, substance use, and intellectual disabilities
  • 3+ years of supervising mental health or substance use treatment services
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations and laws
