Job Title: Utility Worker

RATP Dev USA is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to support our onsite operations as a Utility Worker. This role is responsible for ensuring our Vehicle Fleet complies with Federal and State OSHA and CDC standards. The Utility Worker will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our vehicle fleet, representing our company to the community, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean, sanitize, and wash the interior and exterior of each vehicle.
  • Report end-of-day mileage for all vehicles.
  • Detail an agreed-upon number of vehicles per month.
  • Check and maintain all system fluids levels with oils, DEF, coolant, and washer fluid.
  • Closing/locking the office and shop end-of-day.
  • Ensure vehicle emergency equipment is fully stocked and functional.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed.
  • Inspect and document fleet damage and communicate to the manager/supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and teamwork-oriented work area.
  • Assist others as requested.
  • Move vehicles safely between job and work area.
Requirements:
  • No criminal convictions or DWI, DUI, assault, or possession of controlled substances within the last five years.
  • Two years of experience related to the job tasks or equivalent experience.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • General knowledge of fuels and lubricants, vehicle and fuel safety procedures, and cleaning materials.
  • Able to lift or move up to fifty pounds.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, or crawl.
