Urology Sales Specialist

Olympus is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Urology Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the urology market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business results.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in urology.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally outside of territory for sales meetings and training.
