Job Title: Digital Solutions Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Digital Solutions Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving the growth of Ormco's digital product portfolio by building strong relationships with orthodontists and orthodontic staff. This individual will utilize a consultative sales and educational approach to promote products and services, provide in-depth training and support, and collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth training, education, onboarding, and technical support to customers for Ormco's digital portfolio suite.
  • Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Establish a track record of converting key brand business to Ormco's digital product suite from the competition.
  • Develop and fully utilize territory management tools to include account coverage and fiscal management.
  • Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action through established reporting guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years' experience managing an outside sales territory with a proven track record of success; dental sales is a plus.
  • Must live within the territory.
  • Possess a valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Orthodontic sales industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a team sales environment.
  • Strong effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Laptop, iPad, iPhone, and company car allowance provided.
  • All business expenses will be reimbursed according to the travel and expense policy.

  • Geographic New England Region - MA, ME, NH, CT, RI, VT, Upstate NY.
  • Key Cities: Cambridge, Manchester, Stamford, Nashua, Portland.
  • The successful candidate should ideally be based out of the Cambridge or Manchester areas or close to any major airport.
