Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet corporate guidelines and customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and ServSafe certification
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to maintain optimal levels
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and waste reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and catering services
- Participate in menu planning, recipe development, and quality control initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including kitchen management and leadership roles
- Extensive experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations
- Strong knowledge of food trends, quality control, and presentation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
