Schneider Electric presents a unique opportunity for an Engineering Intern focused on Application Engineering to acquire practical experience in the realm of building automation, contributing to the advancement of construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute inspections on VAV (Variable Air Volume) units and wiring panels associated with digital building control systems
  • Carry out evaluations of controller units, air handling controllers, dampers, temperature sensors, and fans to verify their functionality and adherence to operational sequences
  • Perform functional assessments of building automation solutions
  • Engage in fieldwork at various job sites, conducting practical tests
Qualifications for Success:
  • Background or expertise in engineering, electrical/mechanical disciplines, and HVAC systems is advantageous
  • Experience in the HVAC trade is highly preferred
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
