Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysis, and UX/UI design, to ensure that software products meet business requirements and customer needs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, infrastructure/architecture optimization, and implementation of best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring that MV Engineering remains at the forefront of software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in agile software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing development teams, with remote management experience a plus.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, AWS cloud technologies, modern software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Passion for Fintech and/or Technology and its potential to improve financial services.
- A relationship builder with the proven ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, influence, and make decisions in a team environment.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to challenge the status quo, take smart risks, and get your hands dirty.
