Job Title: Healthcare Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Department Manager to join our team at Major Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare department, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service.

Job Summary: The Healthcare Department Manager will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of hospital funds.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.


Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BSN required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Current Indiana License as an RN and speciality certification in Med/Surg or Critical Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
