Job Description

The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department.

  • Select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
  • Coordinate nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders.
  • Implement our clinical staffing model.
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. 0-1 years of experience as an RN. Current state license and CPR certification required.
