The Major Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its esteemed team in the department of Urology/Urogynecology. - Collaborating with supervising Physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to patients' unique needs.
- Conducting thorough examinations and assessments to identify potential health issues and develop strategies for prevention and management.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Indiana License as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- A strong knowledge base in current nursing practice, wellness, and disease management principles.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The estimated annual salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
