Job Title: Senior Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Major Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Summary: The Senior Clinical Team Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical team, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure continuous quality improvement.


Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BSN required.
  • Minimum 2 years as a staff nurse with demonstrated knowledge of leadership and patient care.
  • Current Indiana License as an RN and speciality certification in Med/Surg or Critical Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
