About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Fraud Strategy and Analytics team. As the Head of Fraud Strategy and Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate fraud risk across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of advanced data analysts in executing fraud analytics strategies and assume overall accountability for success.
  • Define divisional strategy for fraud analytics, reporting, and planning, including governance frameworks, data structures, and deliverables.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate statistics related to daily fraud mitigation business operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to manage cross-departmental and cross-divisional data projects.
  • Drive innovative analytic applications and results, keeping abreast of industry, market, and company trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten years related work experience in analytical roles related to fraud mitigation, with 6 years of experience leading analytical teams.
  • Experience with data wrangling and programming skills to access, transform, and prepare large-scale data for statistical modeling.
  • Experience utilizing statistical and machine learning methods to detect and mitigate fraud.
  • Undergraduate degree in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience.
