Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with homeowners seeking a better way to improve their living spaces.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a robust pipeline of leads, prioritizing and progressing them through a full sales funnel from qualification to closing
  • Qualify leads, determine customer motivation, offer solutions, and provide support
  • Develop creative ways to connect and build relationships with customers and Block's contractor network

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of excellent results and increasing responsibility
  • Ability to work with cold leads through multiple communication channels
  • Advanced time management skills, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset
Compensation and Benefits

The initial annual on-target earnings for this position range from $100,000 to $120,000, inclusive of base salary and target commission ranges. We also offer subsidized health insurance, dental, and vision coverage, flexible work environment, PTO, and company holidays, as well as equity in an early-stage high-growth company.
