Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of three years' property management experience.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Experience with property management software, such as Resman, is an asset.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
