Job Summary

The Digital Cinema Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in providing technical support for digital cinema and theatre systems equipment across all Cinemark locations in the US. This position requires a strong understanding of digital projectors, integrated systems, and technical diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for digital cinema and theatre systems equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems using a variety of support tools
  • Work within a structured three-level support team to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Assist theatres with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of cinema projectors, integrated systems, and component repairs
  • Support software upgrades and testing on existing cinema equipment and integrated systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to digital projection systems
  • Perform ongoing review of incoming issues to identify gaps in the Knowledge Center and report them to management
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in help desk or support-related positions preferred
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Organized, reliable, conscientious, flexible, and skilled at multi-tasking
  • Work effectively under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
