We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creation Specialist to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our digital media team, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced staff to develop and implement engaging content strategies that showcase our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality content that highlights our brand and values
  • Capture and edit engaging visual content for our social media channels
  • Manage and promote our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Assist in maintaining and executing our content calendar
  • Maintain our brand voice in all written materials
  • Compose media releases and other written content

Requirements
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
  • Experience with photography, including mirrorless and/or DSLR cameras
  • Knowledge of lighting and photography techniques
  • Ability to use Apple computers and operating system
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, punctual, energetic, and a self-starter
  • Ability to bring innovative and creative ideas to work
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team-based environment
  • Enjoy working with people, including children and young adults
  • Has or is pursuing a college degree (third or fourth-year students preferred)
  • Has automobile access with willingness and ability to travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
  • Has existing insurance (through school or family)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work early mornings
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather and temperatures
  • Ability to safely operate a golf cart
  • Ability to stand and move around on foot for extended periods of time
  • Ability to speak publicly
  • Effectively able to use and operate cell phones, tablets, and hand-held radios
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
Compensation and Benefits
  • Interns are compensated at a rate of $10.00 per hour (before taxes)
  • Interns are compensated at a rate of $15.00 per hour if they work more than 40 hours per week (before taxes)
  • AEG staff uniforms including golf shirts and hats will be provided
  • Playing and practicing privileges at AEG Golf Park and select golf courses in the area
  • School credit (if applicable)
