Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision, product operations, product strategy, and roadmap for the domain management, digital and web platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, objectives, and priorities.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer feedback, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify and validate product opportunities and requirements.
  • Define and prioritize product features and specifications, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality and user-centric solutions.
  • Manage the product backlog and release planning, and coordinate product launch and post-launch activities, including testing, documentation, training, and support.
  • Establish and track product performance metrics and KPIs, and leverage data and insights to optimize product functionality and usability.
  • Lead and mentor the engineering, testing, and other product teams, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of product management, product engineering experience in the digital and web domain, mandatory in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful digital and web products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate the product vision and value proposition to various audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.
  • Customer-centric and user-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating delightful and engaging user experiences.
