Job Description

This part-time Bilingual English/Spanish Case Manager role at the Center for Family Life in Sunset Park Inc involves providing culturally competent, strength-based case management services to families in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Key responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, facilitating orientation workshops, and developing comprehensive needs assessments and family services plans.
