Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Care Associate to join our team at The McAlear Group, Inc. in Chicago. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Promptly and accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, identifying any damage or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate various types of equipment, including forklifts, to conduct warehouse operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving data, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and warehouse operations.
