  • IT Services: Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, data recovery, and security solutions for home and small business technology.
  • Training and Support: Deliver one-on-one training to customers on various technology topics and collaborate with senior technicians as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, and familiarity with Windows OS and Mac products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Proficiency with routers, firewalls, TCP/IP, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices.
