Client Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to educate them on our clients' products and services
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent interpersonal skills and personability
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on services and benefits
- Participate in regular meetings to develop strategies for achieving customer acquisition standards and sales goals
- Attend training sessions to stay informed on new products and services
- Ensure efficient and accurate order completion
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-centric role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Aptitude for handling multiple responsibilities
