Job Summary

As a Client Service Associate at Raymond James, you will play a vital role in administering and maintaining client accounts, providing exceptional support and direction to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support and guidance to clients regarding operational requirements, processes, and policies.
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex problems through extensive contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures and functionality, ensuring seamless branch and home-office support.
  • Assist in researching, developing, and revising the department's online training manual.
  • Contribute to efficiency and productivity improvements, suggesting innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Prepare and send required mailings to clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with department policies, procedures, and requirements, recommending changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent, with 0-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of operations and systems, basic customer operations, and financial industry knowledge.
  • Basic accounting concepts and principles, as well as investment concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with associates at all levels and financial advisors.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, handle stressful situations, and provide a high level of customer service.
