Overview:

The Senior Electrical Engineer plays a pivotal role in providing strategic technical guidance and oversight for a team dedicated to the upkeep and advancement of both analog and digital electrical systems. These systems are integral to the support, production, and functionality of fuel cell powerplants and electrolyzers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formulation of electrical architecture and engage in comprehensive trade studies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of electrical design and systems integration activities utilizing proprietary technologies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including equipment designers and hardware engineers, to innovate and enhance electronic data processing systems.
  • Manage projects with substantial scope and accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:

  • Extensive expertise in advanced technical software data control and systems processes.
  • Strong strategic vision coupled with tactical execution capabilities.

Experience:

  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse technical and business teams, including international stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree with 4-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience is preferred.
