Job Summary:

ReqOverflow is seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will be responsible for assisting the Director in daily operations and serving as a liaison between the Shared Service Center and our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Model AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions and staff training.
  • Conduct quality assurance on registrations for all areas of Registration.
  • Perform patient registration functions as needed to minimize wait times.
  • Respond promptly to patient complaints and concerns.
  • Supervise and maintain employee productivity.
  • Prepare and manage departmental operations reports, FTEs, and operating budgets.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings and in-services for all responsible areas.
  • Assume on-call responsibilities to ensure adequate staff and problem-solving support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Patient Access in an acute care setting.
